The UV lamp, or-rings, and Pre-filter cartridges to ensure system performance and efficiency is maintained. Annual UV replacement is required to ensure 99.99% kill rate.

Follow the instructions in the System Service Manual on Lamp Replacement, as the 365 countdown ballast needs resetting to 365 to ensure you are alerted for the next maintenance cycle.

To clean a UV quartz sleeve, first turn off the water supply, unplug the power, and depressurise the system. Carefully remove the sleeve and wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth soaked in a mild acidic solution like vinegar, CLR, or Lime-Away to remove any mineral deposits.
